A friend gave me an older, slightly abused Aria Pro II SL series with whammy bar (minus the actual bar). It has a few things wrong, (volume pot and tone pot noisy, last person that had it put on the High E string but didn't put it through the solid bar, just up through the bridge, one raised fret that is causing some issues on the high E string at the 9th fret)
Anyhow, not having seen this particular model before, I was looking it over and the knobs that appear to be for fine tuning don't seem to do anything. Or, perhaps a part is missing, making them non-functional. They are only attached to the main block. And there is a lot of empty space in the routed out area in the back.
Also, when I try to tune it pitch (A=440) the bridge is pulled WAY up from the body. It only has 2 springs on it but still, in the past, there has been some mechanism that allows for setting the floating bridge to a point and tune it to E. Can't do it with this one.
Anyone have any info, instructions, pics that can assist with this.

I've seen others on the used market here in Sweden and those have had a price of $425 so I figured I'd spend the money I save on upgrades. My two pet peeves are the pickups and the bridge.
