Scratch Live does TECHNICALLY work with Sierra but from what I've read its a pain in the ass and theres some workarounds to do. I too have an s9 and have both serato dj and scratch live on my mac. I have Yosemite and everything plays nicely together and works. I would suggest downgrading to yosemite if that is possible. Our 2015 post mortem piece generated some good comments, but one in particular from DJ Skinny stuck in my mind, if only to prompt me to write this piece that I’ve been meaning to write for the last 12 months — why are you still using the now discontinued Serato Scratch Live when Serato DJ is out there? I can think of human reasons such as the mantra of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Talk about Serato DJ Pro, expansion packs and supported hardware. Fortunately, you can partition your hard drive to allow for a second installation of the older OS. Ultimately, I want to be able to download, store and access through itunes all my music on my main partition running el capitan, but to be able to play it in SSL with the library read from itunes in my new partition running Yosemite, without having multiple copies of the same files on the different partitions. Are there instructions anywhere? You guys must have some serious issues with client loyalty and CRM. Most users are still on Yosemite using their hardware.

SL1 will work or not with Serato Dj???
It simply isn’t compatible sl1 serato the new operating systems and some hardware within newer computers. Talk about Serato DJ Pro, expansion packs and supported hardware. I am assuming I will have to have the apps installed on both OS logins.

- Mixtape .als recordings now work with Ableton Live 9.
- Fixed a bug where the beatgrid lock wasn't being saved and loaded to/from the file; it was only being saved to the database.
- The Sixty-Eight record source is now correctly loaded from preferences.
- Fixed a bug where the CDJ-350 was sending both MIDI and HID messages which meant it could possibly fire two different Scratch Live events at the same time.
- Fixed a bug where the DJFX deck assignments wouldn't save to preferences if going from being 'on' initially, to 'off'.
