Scarlett 2i2 Mac No Sound Garageband
Sound just like you With Scarlett 2i2 your recordings will sound just how you want them. Two combination inputs with natural-sounding Scarlett mic preamps, line level inputs and newly-designed instrument inputs let you record anything you want. Even seriously hot guitar pick-ups. Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB audio interface, truly portable interface Includes an authorization code for Ableton Live Lite, Scarlett Plug-in Suite (RTAS/AU/VST), Red 2 & Red 3 Plug-in Suite (AAX/AU/VST), the Softube Time and Tone Bundle, Novation Bass Station, and 1GB of Loopmasters samples. May 14, 2015 Solved No sound with Focusrite 2i2 I switched out my Presonus Audiobox 22vsl to a Focusrite 2i2 (with latest driver) and Platinum recognizes it fine but not only do I not get any sound but no VUs move during playback with an existing project (vsti tracks, audio tracks, master bus, etc). I use GarageBand and have a solo gen 3, and a while back this started happening where I’d get about 4 seconds of fine audio and then it starts to crap out hard. I have no clue how to fix this and I don’t want to go out and get another interface, can somebody help me out with this? (With sound). Virtual dj 8 crack exe download.
| ]Hi All. Ran into an issue today while going in to record some vocals. Much to my dismay it looks like S1 is not recognizing the inputs on my Scarlett 2i2. The device is setup how its should be, and has been working fine, and its recognizing the outs without a problem but I'm unable to select an input after i attempt to add a mono or stereo. I've gone through the system settings on my Mac and everything looks good. Im also getting signal from the mic to the 2i2 when I test outside of the DAW. The 2i2 functions as it should outside of S1 so Im at a loss right now. Any assistance you guys might have would be greatly appreciated as I'm currently unable to record any vocals at the moment. System specs are in my sig and i've attached some screenshots of the DAW settings.

| Have you installed the Class Compliant app? There's some information on potential problems on the Focusrite website here: https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/ .. -and-10-11 There are some additional issues noted with this interface and the Scarlett on macOS Sierra here: https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/ .. OS-Sierra- HOWEVER, they appear to be unrelated, as I noted that you have a 2048 sample latency set up. SoundEngine.com http://www.soundengine.com Cool Sounds. Download Now. | Thanks for the feedback. I took a look at the links you provided with no luck. I hadn't installed the Class Compliant app btw. This is really strange considering the settings are so straight forward. iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) Processor: 4 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory: 32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048 MB 512GB Internal SSD Hard Drive, 1TB External Hard Drive OS: macOS Sierra 10.12.2 DAW: Studio One Professional 3.3.41198 OSX x64 Audio Interface: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 |

| jpettit wroteWhat happens when you configure/add a input mono or stereo on your input screen? When I click on Add Mono or Add Stereo It'll add a line for the software input channel like in the second pic where it says 'Input 1' but the hardware inputs don't show up to the right. I should be seeing the 2i2's input 1 and input 2 on the top of the matrix router but those are missing completely. In pic three you can see how the 2i2s output 1 and output 2 show up with no problem. iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) Processor: 4 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory: 32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M395 2048 MB 512GB Internal SSD Hard Drive, 1TB External Hard Drive OS: macOS Sierra 10.12.2 DAW: Studio One Professional 3.3.41198 OSX x64 Audio Interface: Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 |

The links worked fine however it seems like the content was unrelateable to my issue. | Hello, I'm having the same issue, however, my Scarlett 2i2 is working fine with Garageband as far as i/o's go. I am able to record through the input through Garageband but can't seem to use inputs in Studio One. |

| Alright Folks, Tech support got back to me rather quickly with a solution that has me back up and running. Here is the link they provided. Essentially it involves creating an aggregate device and using that as the Audio Device within S1. Looks like this issue is specific to Sierra 10.12.2 Second Generation Bus Powered Scarlett Interfaces and macOS Sierra 10.12.2 https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115000166845-Second-Generation-Bus-Powered-Scarlett-Interfaces-and-macOS-Sierra-10-12-2 I'm back up and running now.
